Please read these terms carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Treeloops, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy and Disclaimer notices. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Educational wellness purpose
Treeloops is provided solely for general educational, informational, and personal wellness purposes. It is intended to encourage reflection on phone habits. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, diagnostic, treatment, or emergency services.
3. Your ownership and responsibility
You retain ownership of your device, your data, and the personal choices you make based on your use of Treeloops. You use the app voluntarily, at your sole discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating information shown by the app and for all decisions, actions, outcomes, and consequences arising from your use of it.
4. License and developer ownership
NeuralEdge Solutions grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Treeloops for lawful personal purposes. NeuralEdge Solutions and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the app, software, design, content, trademarks, and related intellectual property. Your ownership of your data and decisions does not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse, copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to Treeloops, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
6. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treeloops is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NeuralEdge Solutions does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, secure, or suitable for any particular result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeuralEdge Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, wellbeing, opportunity, revenue, or profits; or decisions and outcomes arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on Treeloops. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
8. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NeuralEdge Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of Treeloops, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Treeloops at any time. We may update these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
10. Governing law and severability
Governing law, venue, dispute-resolution terms, and any required consumer notices will be inserted after review by qualified legal counsel. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
