What stays on your device

Screen Time totals and per-app minutes are read by an iOS report extension and stored on this device. Apple Health readings you allow are read from HealthKit and kept on the device. Focus sessions, moods, habits, settings, your Terms acceptance and the Face ID lock preference are stored locally. Face ID, Touch ID and passcode checks are performed by iOS and never sent to us.

What may leave your device

Purchases go through Apple StoreKit. If you choose the hosted Claude coach, the question you type and the wellbeing figures the coach needs are sent to our server, which forwards them to Anthropic to produce an answer. We keep only a usage counter. If you bring your own AI, your question is sent only to the endpoint you enter. Apple Intelligence answers on the device. We do not sell your data.

Permissions you control

Screen Time, Apple Health, Face ID and network access are requested only when you turn those features on. You can revoke them in iOS Settings or inside Treeloops Settings. Clearing or deleting data in Settings removes what the app stored on this device.

Children

Treeloops is not directed at children under 13.
